Do your summer photos speak for themselves?

Hi ,

Summer comes to an end officially this week. I hope you've enjoyed a
wonderful season and took your camera along! I have new photos from
some summer adventures and had fun taking lots of before and after shots
to demonstrate what I've learned over the years about composition.

I'm eager to share these new photos with you because I understand the pain
and frustration of missing the shot. Isn't it disappointing to have to explain
an image when the moment should speak for itself if captured in your camera?

If you're like most people, you're probably feeling some disappointment
when you look back at what you captured from summer.

Does your image show what caught your attention in the first place,
or is it barely visible? Is your subject blending into the rest of the scene?

Help is on the way! Whether it's a sweeping scenic or a smaller scene,
portraits or pets, you'll learn how to make a big impact with your photos.

It's my goal to help you become a better photographer, and I will coach you to:
  • Eliminate common mistakes that confuse your viewer.
  • Stop getting bogged down in math and master depth of field.
  • Know what dominates the scene and how to pull the eye into the photo.
  • Strengthen your technique with compositional and exposure challenges.
Along with images to demonstrate compositional technique, we're finalizing
a workbook and videos for another fantastic Self Paced Value Course!

Get ready for compositional victory and to make more creative photos!

With appreciation,
