SEE HOW OUR ONLINE PHOTO COURSES WORK
We are very proud of our virtual classroom, which is very interactive and very convenient. Take a quick tour...

THIS WEEK'S TIP

Street Photography Tip: Set the Right ISO!
By Susan and Neil Silverman, BetterPhoto instructors
Always start with a higher than what you would think ISO setting, especially when in a situation where there is some action or fast movement, rather than a static scene. Then, once you are sure you have enough speed to get that sharp photo, then try a lower ISO. Perhaps the lower ISO setting will be the best one (in terms of image quality and less noise) ... but it is good to be certain you 'have the shot'. You do not want to get back to the computer and wish you had shot at a faster speed to get everything sharp. Note: The Silvermans teach three excellent online photo courses at BetterPhoto.
