P.S. Did you know that Ansel Adams was a great pianist, too? I mean REALLY great. What's more, he compared taking the picture to writing a musical composition, and the darkroom work as the "performance" of the musical composition. He labored over his images in the darkroom, working hard to "interpret" the negative with as much artistry as he could summon. His most famous "Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico" is a great example of how he put just so much care into tweaking the negative. He put just as much or more energy into post-processing (what would now be image-editing) as he put into capturing the negative in the first place.
P.P.S. Do YOU feel like you do a good job composing the musical score... but you need help with making your photo PERFORM? " The Photographer's Guide to Better Photoshop" is for you. Join me in the class today... and get 50% off and all the extra bonuses.
