No Jack? No Problem!
If you had a flat and no jack in Kashmir, you could count on plenty of help: a few guys to lift the car and numerous advisors.

Wonderful street scene capture, Steve!! I really like how the filter works with the vibrant colors here. Excellent work!

Response 1:That is good to know! Great use of the cartoon filter ... I keep trying it, but it has never worked so well for me. You have added soe saturation and backed off somewhat on the cartoonishness. Maybe I'll give it another go 'cause this one turned out wonderfully!

Response 3:Thank you, Tommy, Michelle, Dominick and Patti. I am so pleased you have found some fun in this scene. I can't count the number of times I came across sights in India that left me gasping with delight and wonder. :)
I find most of the Topaz filters pretty crude and the cartoon is no exception. I had to work this in layers and blend and mask to get it to work for me.

An Ibis Night
I got my inspiration from Deborah Sandidge's fabulous Ibis images. I certainly had fun putting this together. I started with the ibis on an electrical wire, then used a deep purple & pink gradient, then added the moon and stars.
